Just put ingredients on one side of bread (grill lines facing down), and put in oven until bread and ingredients begin to warm. Take out of oven and fold over for a wonderful panini sandwich.

Available in 8 inch diameter in plain, wheat, whole grain, sun dried tomato, and spinach

In the above photo, two pieces of bread were used to make two sandwiches at a time. You can also mix colors by using one flavor on top, another on the bottom (example: Sun Dried Tomato flatbread on top, with Mozzarella inside, and Green Spinach Flatbread on the bottom for an Italian concept.

Product has a one year shelf life frozen (ships fresh), and a 21 day shelf life at Ambient temperature (do not refreeze). Simple. If a whole case is too much for you to use in a few days, it is recommended to take out only the number of packages you will need.

Although they can be frozen upon arrival (for a 365 day distribution shelf-life), our flatbreads have a 21 day AMBIENT temperature shelf life. This means that you can take out what you need for a week or two, & keep them at ambient temperature… ready to go! When slightly warmed, they have that “just baked” taste
